This document establishes pre-contractual information regarding contracts concluded remotely, through the address www.sfbeauty.com referred to in article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, and all subdomains, applications digital or sub-websites. The registered trademark sfbeauty and its domain www.sfbeauty.com are owned by Ruídos e Rosáceas Lda, with headquarters at Rua Vila da Igreja nº728, 3560-165 Sátão, with NIF 517 318 091, hereinafter referred to as SFBeauty for short . sfbeauty reserves the right to freely modify this pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice, advising users to check it frequently. Both browsing and purchasing through the website and/or digital applications presuppose acceptance of the present information and practices described in this document and the Exchanges and Returns. Online sales are valid and applicable to the territories of Mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira Archipelagos and countries belonging to the European Union.

AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLE(S)

The sale of item(s) online does not effectively guarantee the real-time existence of stock available at the time of purchase and, given the fact that a portion of our items are foreign produced, we would appreciate your understanding regarding the delivery time. If the desired item(s) is not available, whether of a permanent or temporary nature and whose expected delivery exceeds the time referenced in the online store, sfbeauty will immediately communicate with the customer, through contact by telephone or electronically, indicating the expected date for the respective replacement. According to the information provided, it will be up to the customer to decide whether to continue or cancel the respective purchase. Please be advised that some items available in the online store are subject to order from the supplier, whose delivery times communicated are estimates and, for which, sfbeauty is not responsible for delays that may occur in orders.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Whenever the necessary conditions for the delivery of the items in a single shipment are not met, whether due to delay or momentary unavailability of a portion of the order, sfbeauty will carry out a phased delivery, with the customer being informed in advance by email. Shipping of the item(s) whose stock allows immediate delivery will be made within 5 working days, with expected delivery to mainland Portugal in 2-3 working days. Regarding international shipping, despite the order being dispatched within 5 working days after placing the order, the reception time depends on the region and country, whose time window ranges from 2 to 30 working days. Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous clause, regarding the availability of the item(s) and, unless extraordinary circumstances occur, orders will be sent within the date set out in the Shipping Confirmation, provided by sfbeauty in the purchase process. However, delays may occur for the reasons mentioned below: Personalization of the item(s); Special article(s); Unforeseen circumstances or delivery zones. Festive seasons with greater flow of orders from distributors If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance by setting a new date. In the event that it is not possible to meet the delivery date, set out in the Shipping Confirmation, sfbeauty will immediately communicate with the customer, via telephone or electronic contact, indicating the expected date of the new date. Any delay in shipping the item(s), in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the customer to any compensation. sfbeauty only ships orders on business days. Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account when estimating delivery of orders. In any case, estimated delivery dates are indicative only. Upon delivery, the customer must check that the packaging is in perfect condition. In case of deformity, visible defect or error in the requested product, you must refuse to place orders with the transport company’s courier, filling out the form intended for these cases, noting the problem. For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has taken place or that the order has been delivered, when signed by the person responsible present at the agreed address. sfbeauty does not deliver to PO Boxes.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

Delivery of the item(s) will be made to the address indicated at the time of purchase. In the event that delivery does not take place, due to the absence of someone responsible for receiving it, due to the characteristics of the delivery location or due to the volume and weight of the order, the carrier will issue a warning note or will contact you to coordinate the day and time of the new delivery. If delivery on the agreed date or address is not possible in advance, the customer must notify sfbeauty as soon as possible in order to establish a new delivery agreement. If the order is returned to sfbeauty, for reasons that did not allow for delivery – absence at the address, failure to pick up, insufficient/incorrect address or other reasons resulting from customer error – sfbeauty is not responsible for reshipment costs. The fees and costs for resending the item(s) are applied to the customer on the second shipping/delivery attempt.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

To make purchases through our online store and, after selecting the desired item(s), sfbeauty does not require the customer to undergo prior and mandatory registration, which does not imply the need to fill out the form available at the cart checkout and the express acceptance of this legal information, available for consultation on the website www.sfbeauty.com To optimize security, all purchase transactions take place under strict confidentiality and encryption in accordance with the SSL protocol. If in the long term the customer wishes to make more purchases in our online store, they can choose the “Create account?” option, associating a password with the email indicated in this form, which will allow them to save billing, shipping and contact details, as well. For future purchases, create an account with the combination of said credentials. Our Online Store supports the following payment methods:

If payment is made after 5 working days, the customer must notify us of the situation immediately, with sfbeauty being the sole decision-maker on validating the purchase. After payment, the order will be prepared for dispatch and an email will automatically be sent to the customer informing the status of the order.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices of items in the online store are those stipulated at each time (except for typographical errors), which include the applicable VAT rate, in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of purchase, but not shipping costs. . The total amount payable for the order covers the sum of the value of the item(s) with the VAT rate applied, additional services (if any) and delivery fee. sfbeauty undertakes to make all necessary efforts to minimize errors in the price list of our items, however, in the event of an incorrect price(s) of the item(s) ordered, the sfbeauty will inform the customer as soon as possible, and the decision on whether to cancel or adjust the total of the respective purchase is at the customer’s discretion, if the price is higher. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, sfbeauty will refund the difference. If it is impossible to contact the customer, sfbeauty reserves the right to cancel the order, with the customer being reimbursed in full for the amount paid, and the customer will not be entitled to any type of compensation for cancellation. sfbeauty declines any obligation to supply item(s) whose price is incorrect, due to an obvious and unequivocal error, even if Shipping Confirmation has been carried out. With the exception of the previously established clauses, the price(s) of the item(s) may be changed at any time, without the need for prior notice and, without the changes affecting the orders for which sfbeauty has already have sent an Order Confirmation. If fraud is suspected in the payment process, sfbeauty reserves the right to postpone the order until the suspicion is clarified.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

SFBeauty reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: Products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information presented in our online store is free from typographical errors and whenever these occur, sfbeauty will correct them as soon as possible. In the event that the photographs of the item(s) do not correspond to the information described, we ask that you contact sfbeauty to clarify any doubts. The photographs of the items available in the online store are as accurate as possible, in order to identically reproduce the item(s) as they actually are. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. The brands and names of the items, possibly used in the online store, are the property of the respective companies or companies. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order or if the item(s) are defective, the customer may exchange or return the item(s) within 15 days, counting from the day in which you acquire physical possession of the item(s). The item(s) must be in the same original condition in which it was sold, without signs of improper use, in original packaging (if any) and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up (if any), as well as, accompanied by the invoice proving the purchase of the respective item(s) purchased in our online store. Additionally, item(s) made especially to measure or clearly personalized according to the customer’s specifications are excluded from the right to exchange and return. To activate the free right of resolution, the customer must previously communicate to sfbeauty, before the end of the period defined above in this pre-contractual information, their decision, by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, via email), via email soraiabeautylounge@gmail.com or by contacting +351 936 057 025. The customer must return it by registered mail, together with the receipt and bear the full shipping costs to return or exchange the item(s). In the case of returning item(s), which due to their nature cannot be returned normally by post, the customer must bear the direct costs of said return, which are associated with shipping costs. sfbeauty is not responsible for damage or loss of the item(s) during the return process. After contacting sfbeauty and having been given return instructions, you can send us the item(s), properly packaged, with original packaging to the following address: Rua Dr. Hilário Almeida Pereira nº92, 3560-172 Satão. The item(s) will be checked upon arrival at our physical store and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.

OFFERS

In case of return of item(s) that were an offer, the refund will be made to the customer who placed the order on the website. For additional clarifications, consult the General Conditions of Sale, via email at soraiabeautylounge@gmail.com or by contacting +351 936 057 025.

REIMBURSEMENT

The customer will only be refunded after validating that the item(s) is in the same original conditions in which it was sold and, fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in the Exchange and Returns condition, and the customer is advised to be careful with the item(s), while they are in your possession. Shipping costs will not be refunded on the returned item(s), and in the case of returns where the product has not yet been shipped, refund costs will be applied to the customer. The refund of the value of the item(s) in return will be made using the same payment method that was used by the customer when purchasing online, after validating compliance with the return conditions described above, with sfbeauty having a maximum period of time. 14 days for this purpose, from the date of receipt of the item(s) at the address previously mentioned. In the case of payment without the customer’s indication, sfbeauty asks the customer to provide the missing data. Regardless of the payment method, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the refund. RESOLUTION

Without prejudice to liability for damages that may result, sfbeauty may, immediately and without the need for prior notice, resolve and terminate its relationship with the user, interrupting their access to the website or corresponding services, if it detects use of the same or any of the services linked to it contrary to the applicable conditions.

CHANGES

SFBeauty may, at any time and without prior notice, change the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as these conditions or, where appropriate, introduce new conditions of use by publishing them on the website, so that they can be known to the user when accessing it and before using it. The use of the website, once applicable changes have been made, will mean acceptance by the user of the aforementioned modified conditions.

GOVERNMENTAL LAW AND JURISDICTION

In Portugal, Portuguese Laws apply, with the parties submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts.
